Ethics is the difference in knowing what you have the right to do, and doing the right thing.
The names and addresses of both CBS and Simon and Schuster officers are here along with some sample letters.

You were born during a Waxing Gibbous moon
This phase occurs right before a full moon.

- what it says about you -
You like to question things and have issues settled before going to work on a problem. You appreciate art, elegant forms, and efficient designs. You seek deeper meanings in things that you see and want your actions to make the world a better place.
What phase was the moon at on your birthday? Find out at Spacefem.com

If you are a member of the Trek BBS (or if you don't mind becoming a member) please go to the pole and vote to Bring Janeway Back.
Here is the link http://trekbbs.com/showthread.php?t=118
Please go vote right now because with 59 votes the keep her dead option is leading two to one and I know that this is wrong, there are far more fans that want Janeway back than 19.

KathrynJ and I have started a Face Book Community and all the information including addresses and a sample letter have been placed together here. http://www.newearth-jcparadise.de/bring
The dates for mailing letters are Monday March 29th for Europeans and Monday April 5th for Americans. However if you cannot make these dates please send a letter anyway, they will all count.
I would like to say something here, especially to those that took part in last year’s letter campaign and to those that may feel discouraged. I knew going in last year that the goal wouldn’t be met quickly, nothing moves quickly in the publishing world, the very best I hoped was to get an announcement that Janeway would be brought back, but I wasn’t holding my breath for that either.
Last year when we wrote our letters, both “Full Circle” and “Unworthy” had already been written. It is very likely that “Full Circle” was printed, bound and ready for distribution and that “Unworthy” was at the printers even as we wrote. There was never much hope to change either of those but this time we are catching the writer, editor and publisher before the book has been finished, this time, in only one year, things are very different.
I have made no secret that I have ambitions to write original romance novels, because of that I have made it my business to try to understand how that business works and I’ve learned a lot. One thing is that for the first time in probably 100 years publishers are expected to make money (they were not before and were considered by their owners as tax write offs) there was never the pressure to actually sell books as there is now. I learned that as an average novelist I could expect to make about 10,000.00 a year which means in America you would be well below the poverty level. Star Trek novelists are not doing much if any better.
What you all need to know is that you actually did get results last year but you had to have been following what was happening inside of Pocket Books to see that. The big thing is that Margaret Clark lost her job in just about six months, which would have been the right time to see if people were buying “Full Circle” and “Unworthy.” If the books had been successful, then she would still have that job. I am relatively sure that we all had a hand in that one.
The need to make a profit is one of the big changes, but the publishing industry is challenged by e-publishing, most especially by Sony’s E-reader and Amazon’s Kindle. Trek Lit has a new Editor, and as I said Pocket Books has had Abrams pull his approval for the production of books based on the last Star Trek Movie.
The darling up to that point wasn’t Picard and Next Generation, the darling was Abram’s Spock and Uhura and the new Captain Kirk. I don’t believe any character is safe until they all are.
Finally one huge enormous thing happened, in December “Avatar” opened and has made more money than any other movie. That was the game stopper. I can guarantee you that every facet of the entertainment industry is going to be looking at how to exploit that success and publishers (who now have to make a profit) are going to be scrutinizing everything they can find out. They will want to know how they can translate that success into making anything they produce successful.
All of this can work in our favor, but the only way we can be sure that it won’t is to not make our wishes known. A letter doesn’t take that much time and it can change everything.
While I would like to have as many letters as possible, I am not trying to start a debate as to whether we should or should not do this. I am going to write and hope that some of you will join me.
Thanks
Elorie

What did I win, you may ask? Well this week several blogs have been having a SFR Holiday Blitz, with “The Galaxy Express” leading the way.
http://www.thegalaxyexpress.net/200
“Alien Romances” was another of the participants.
http://aliendjinnromances.blogspot.c
I posted comments on several of the blogs. Yesterday the winners of the free books were announced and I won for “Alien Romances.” I cannot say enough good things about either of the blogs. Along with “Enduring Romance,” and “Spacefreighter’s Lounge” they are some of my very favorite places to hang out in the internet.
I won books on “Alien Romances” but I won even more with one comment. Jacqueline Lichtenberg has long been one of my favorite authors and I cannot say enough good things about her discussions of writing. All the ladies there are great heroes of mine now, but it was Jacqueline that led me there in the first place. She commented on my win and I am being a total fan girl here, and that is something I haven’t done in several years (probably not since Shayenne sent me a PM for the first time on VAMB.)
Here is the announcement of my winning.

Those few words mean more to me than any of the books.

Here is my Borg Queen, story, finally finished. Believe me it's not easy living in the Borg Queens' heads.
I would like to thank several people, my betas ES, Mriana, and Aeris. I need to thank Aeris for the Queen Pictures and Camryn for the use of her wonderful fiddle for the end piece. I also need to think Belanna and Xdana for reading the first two parts of the story and especially Dana for coming up with why the Borg picked a Queen instead of a King.

I even managed to get some J/C in it too.

It's no secret that I am very unhappy about the direction of Pocket Books and the killing of Kathryn Janeway. Truth is there are a lot of ladies on VAMB that are very unhappy. So Audabee issued a challenge to fix it. Here is my entry.
